Frequently Asked Questions

Many of my clients worry that opening up will intensify their pain. But what I've seen and experienced personally is that having a safe space to acknowledge your feelings actually helps make them more manageable. We'll move at your pace, always.

This is why I offer a free 15-minute chat, it's like a casual coffee date where we can both see if we're the right fit. No pressure, just an honest conversation to see if working together feels right for you. I will let you have a think about it and get back in touch if it feels right for you.
-
There's no right time for seeking support. If you're feeling anxious, uncertain or just need a space to talk about whatever is showing up for you then that's enough. Your feelings matter, full stop!

Online therapy offers you a unique opportunity to receive support from the comfort of your own safe space. After experiencing babyloss, I understand that medical settings and new environments can feel triggering - that's why many clients find online sessions particularly helpful.
Here's what you can expect:
Sessions take place via a secure video platform
You can create your own cozy, private space (cup of tea, pets and comfy blanket welcome)
No need to navigate travel or waiting rooms
We'll work together to find a time when you can have uninterrupted space
Perfect for pregnancy after loss when energy levels fluctuate or morning sickness hits
The key is finding a quiet spot where you feel comfortable to express yourself freely. This might be:
A bedroom or home office
A private corner with headphones
Your car (parked!) if you need extra privacy
Any space where you won't be disturbed
Before our first session, we'll discuss how to make your space feel safe and confidential, ensuring you can fully focus on your wellbeing and I will ensure the same on my end.
And remember - if the dog barks or life happens, that's okay too. We're human and I'm here to support you through real life, not despite it!

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £70 per session. I am registered with BUPA & AXA insurance.
