Free 15 minute Online/Telephone Consultation
During this consultation I will explain my approach and what to expect from working together. You can ask me any questions you may have whilst getting a feel if I am the right choice of counsellor for you.

50 minute Online Sessions
Online sessions allow you to access counselling from the comfort of your own home. They cut out travel time and costs giving us more flexibility with our sessions. I love that my support can be accessed by anyone.

50 minute Walk & Talk Session
I have a very limited number of walk and talk sessions available. We will use the 50 minutes to walk and talk in the peaceful countryside just outside of Carlisle. Walk and talk sessions can improve your mood and energy levels whilst also promoting mindfulness and reducing anxiety.
